Sticking to New Year Resolutions?

Ava Smith, Staff Reporter

Everyone has hope that the new year will bring new beginnings and habits. The reality is that the new year will not bring it, you must. Of course, the new year can inspire this transition, but it is up to us as individuals to take matters into our own hands. There are some benefits to making these resolutions, like giving people a sense of purpose and motivation. Setting specific and measurable goals can help individuals stay focused and on track throughout the year. Making resolutions is not just a one-time event, it is a process that requires continuous effort and commitment. Therefore, it is important to have a plan in place to keep track of progress, identify any roadblocks, and adjust plans accordingly.
