This last month Stage Crew has finally gotten into full swing, getting ready for plays, concerts and other stage using activities all with the help of students! In stage crew, you have the chance to pick up many skills which may help further you in future careers. Students use power tools to make many beautiful sets for our school plays. If power tools aren’t your thing, students can paint sets and scenery! The most recent show crew worked on was “Theory of Relativity!” They paint chairs, write equations, and even set up a cat on a piano all for one show. Crew meets every Monday and Wednesday to build, paint, and discus future plans and builds. Stage crew is open and waiting for any interested in joining!

With November coming to a close so too are our fall plays. The “Uninvited Guest” has recently finished its run on the 20th, with high praise all around. The audience would have many things to remember, such as spork battle wounds and people eating packets of uncooked ramen. Our other show, “Theory of Relativity” finished it’s school run much earlier in the year, but it’s not retired just yet as it has been selected for theater fest! Cast and crew get pack up the set and go on the road to show off to a new audience. An end for one and a new beginning for another!
