Places to go on Spring Break

Chayil Dozier, Staff Reporter

Spring break is the short break of time before we have a 6-8-week continuation of straight school, and we should live it to the fullest. For those of us leaving this spring break, this list isn’t as useful to as it will be those who will be at home. For those at home, try not to stay at home by yourself and with your sibling, or work the whole week. Try to do at least one thing on this list. The list will include places to go that cost money and places to go that are free.

COST
Escape Rooms: the concept of locking people in a room is a fun activity to do with friends and family, or yourself.
Small Local Café: go by yourself and people watch, and just drink some coffee.
Going out to eat at a NEW restaurant- that you have never been to before – will be new experience that most people don’t normally have the time for.
Amusement parks: although they are very expensive, they are worth it.

FREE
A local Park: as boring as it sounds, going to the park by yourself or with friends is fun way to get fresh air.
The Library: going to the library by yourself and perusing the isles- not really looking for anything in particular- is one of the most refreshing things I have ever done.
Your Local YMCA: They offer a wide variety of actives to do.
