Scary Movies

It’s officially spooky season and for many Halloween is filled with sitting down with a cozy blanket, a bucket of popcorn, and watching their favorite Halloween movies but they can get stumped with what to watch. Whether you’re in the mood for a childhood favorite or slasher film, there are endless movies to pick from. If you’re in the mood for a good slasher film, you can’t go wrong with Scream where a clever masked maniac stalks high schoolers determined to get them all. You could also watch the Friday the 13th series where you’ll learn the story of Jason and see who can survive the night at Camp Lakewood. But if you would rather watch a less scary Halloween movie, there is always Charlie Brown. It’s the great pumpkin and a true family classic that will get you in the Halloween mood. Another good nostalgic movie to watch is Halloween town when Marnie and her siblings are shocked to learn their Grandma is a witch and lives in another dimension and goes on adventure to her town. Many monster movies started becoming popular in the 1920’s-1930’s and many still watch them today like Dracula and The Mummy which I recommend. Here are some ideas of what to watch!
