Chicago Bulls Off-Season Recap

Kevin Cech, Staff Reporter

Hey, NBA fans! This offseason was pretty crazy, especially for Bulls fans. This offseason, there were many big-name free agents that needed to be signed. There were also many trades that were made between many different teams. Our Chicago Bulls made some of the biggest moves of the offseason. We made a sign-and-trade deal to get Lonzo Ball. He is an up-and-coming star in the league. He is still relatively young at just 23 years old. He will start at point guard for this season. Our other big off-season move was another sign-and-trade deal for DeMar DeRozan. This deal was made with the San Antonio Spurs. He is relatively old in the NBA at 32 years old. He is going to be starting at the small forward position. Bulls also signed Alex Caruso who will be coming off the bench at the backup guard position. He will bring tough defense to the team. The Bulls struggled last year with defending skilled players. Bulls also signed Tony Bradley who will be playing backup center minutes for the Bulls. This was a good signing seeing as Bulls lost their backup center in free agency. With all these moves, I’m excited to see what the Bulls bring to the table next year.
