A Return to School

A+Return+to+School

Over this past year and a half, we have had some new ways of going to school. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, school has looked very different. We have been remote with no face to face instruction at first in the spring of 2020. Some students really struggled with this but everyone was just figuring out what was happening and doing their best. Over the summer, no one really knew what was happing with school in the fall and what it would look like. When the fall came and school started again we were fully remote, but we had Webex and could see our teachers and classmates. This made it better for students to have a more normal school feel. After a few weeks of that we where able to go every other day to in person school and work on other work on our day. Senior Caroline Kruk said “it’s was alright but I miss regular school and the school spirit. It felt like I only had half of a year school”. Although e learning was hard, the school did the best they could and the teachers worked hard to make sure we understand what we where doing. It is good to be back.
